Showroom Club & TV studio
CDG designed and oversaw the construction of a combination nightclub and performance space. It was designed to be used as a broadcast facility for big name entertainers as well as nationally televised comedy contests.
The space was outfitted with a professional control booth and broadcast-ready lighting and sound systems. Additional equipment included cable wire trays, dumbwaiters for restaurant service, and a newly renovated lower level commercial kitchen.
We also produced all construction documents and obtained all extended permit approvals in a nationally registered historical building.
