Brasserie Sonoma
The client wanted the redesign of this restaurant to enrich the food presentation, attract more local business, and provide more social options for the guests.
To meet the enriched presentation goal, CDG designed an exhibition kitchen framed in walnut , copper, and stone that was visually linked to the wine country setting. To attract more local business we decided to increase curbside appeal by adding a patio with fireplace to the front of the restaurant which also complimented the area's outdoor-oriented lifestyle. We semi-enclosed this space and and installed varied seating arrangements that fostered more mixed social interactions at different levels of intimacy.
